Product Application

Focusun vacuum cooling technology is different from conventional refrigeration equipment, it is a cool processing equipment, with fast, uniform and clean cooling advantages. The reduction in temperature via vacuum cooler is achieved by rapid evaporation of water when the atmospheric pressure inside the chamber is lowered by a vacuum pump. Generally, it takes only 30 minutes to reach the optimum storage temperature about 5 degrees.

Main Features

1) Fast cooling. It only takes 30 minutes to reach the set temperature.

2)Cooling is even and not restricted by packing, spreading from inside to outside.

3)It can remove water quickly on the surface of fruits, vegetables and flowers picked in the rainy day.

4)Damage to the skin by refrigeration is avoided and freshness is highly retained.

5)The spary type vacuum cooler is fueled with water before cooling to avoid extra dehydration.

Machine Features

The vacuum cooler of FOCUSUN extracts air and water vapor continuously from the vacuum room with the vacuum pump. With decrease of air pressure in the vacuum room,the boiling point of water drops.Evaporation of water absorbs heat and lowers the temperature,realizing the result of cooling.

Field Heat

"Field heat" can be removed by the process of vacuum cooling, thus respiration will be curbed and the shelf life will be prolonged
