Ice making principle of brine block ice machine:

Put all the ice buckets filled with water into the brine tank, reduce the temperature to - 15 ℃ through heat exchange with the refrigerant, and the water in the ice bucket will be frozen into ice. The crane lifts the ice making bucket and puts it into the ice melting pool for heating. 1. The patented UNI-EVEP processing technology uses full liquid and dry evaporators according to customer needs, with large evaporation area and high refrigeration efficiency. 2. The parts in contact with the salt water inside the salt water tank are made of stainless steel, which is low temperature resistant and rust free. 3. The special design of the ice pouring frame and melting pool makes the operation easier. 4. The ice melting pool uses compressor exhaust waste heat for heating, which is more energy-saving and suitable for areas with low ambient water temperature. 5. The overall modular equipment is easy to transport, move and install on site. 6. Customized brine ice making block ice machine according to customer requirements.
