Aluminum direct refrigeration block ice machine is also called direct refrigeration block ice machine, direct fast cooling ice machine (block ice machine). The principle is to use the specially designed cooling channel of the ice making box to carry on the circulation of the low temperature refrigerant, so as to rapidly cool the water in the box and realize rapid ice making.

Adopts modular design

The large capacity direct refrigeration block ice machine is divided into machine modular, evaporator modular and outside cooling modular, convenient to transport and install.

Automatic Refrigeration Technology

Ice thawing and iced office are fully-automatic. The ice is doffed by batch and the whole ice-doffing process only takes 25 minutes.

Machine modular: includes compressor, liquid reservoir, water cooling condenser, cooling pipe, valve, control box and so on.

Outside cooling modular: water cooling tower, air cooling condenser, evaporative condenser. They are usually placed outside.
Evaporator modular: evaporator modules are divided into one or several sizes according to the size of evaporator.

1.Standard 20ft or 40ft container. 2. A complete block ice maker contains: ice machine, cooling tower, water pump, water pipes and water pipe fittings. 3. Machine comes into use, customer only need prepare power for the machine. 4. All required components for installing the machine will be provided.
